Jessica has spent her career in childcare operations leadership — the kind of role where the schedule, the staffing, and the parent who walked in upset all land on your desk by 9 AM. She founded Imagination Station Learning Centers, co-hosts the Childcare Confidential Podcast, and is a Maxwell-Certified Speaker, Trainer & Coach. The Vault is where the conversations she wished she'd had during her career actually happen.

Katy has spent her career in childcare operations leadership, as well. She is a children's book author, multi-center Executive Director, co-hosts the Childcare Confidential Podcast, and brings her experience from corporate to private childcare.

Is this 1:1 coaching?

No — this is group coaching. You're in a small cohort with us facilitating and other childcare leaders in the room. If you're looking for private 1:1 work, that's on our Coaching page. We also offer private 1:1 coaching through the Vault. We are here to support you!

What if I miss a call?

Every call is recorded and shared with members. You won't fall behind — but the live conversation is where the magic is, so we'll fight for your calendar.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Founding members keep their $97/month rate as long as their membership is active.

How big is the group?

Small enough that we know each other's names and what you're working on. We cap each cohort intentionally so the calls stay useful.

When does it start?

First live call is Wednesday, June 3 at 1 PM Eastern. Founding members get the calendar invite the week of launch.
